Position: Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing daily food preparation and duties to meet our standards of quality. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing daily mis-en-place and food production across different sections of the main kitchen or satellite outlets.
2. Coordinating daily tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
3. Following instructions and recommendations from superiors to complete daily tasks.
4. Ensuring the highest standards and consistent quality in food preparation, staying updated with new products, recipes, and techniques.
5. Instructing and leading subordinates in food preparation, and supervising buffets and special functions.
6. Coordinating with other sections regarding cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
7. Checking daily requirements, functions, and last-minute events.
8. Training and guiding subordinates daily to maintain motivation and an efficient working environment.
