We are looking for a Chef De Partie (CDP) to join at a beautiful resort in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This role requires a strong background in Italian cuisine, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A candidate must be available locally for food tasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes according to restaurant standards.
  2. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  3. Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  6. Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and meet quality standards.
  7. Work efficiently during service to ensure timely delivery of meals.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in Italian cuisine.
