Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef de Partie Hot Kitchen to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in French and international cuisines with a background in busy hotel environments highvolume banquets buffet services and la carte offerings. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hot kitchen ensuring the highest culinary standards and delivering exceptional food quality and presentation to our guests. UAE experience is a must as the successful candidate will be familiar with local kitchen operations and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hot kitchen section ensuring efficient and organized workflows.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of French and international dishes maintaining high culinary standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste presentation and quality of dishes served during highvolume service (banquets buffets la carte).
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of dishes.
  • Manage and train junior kitchen staff providing guidance and support to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies for the hot kitchen section.
  • Ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in accordance with local regulations.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef to innovate and improve menu offerings and ensure the restaurant's concept is consistently delivered.
  • Handle guest requests complaints and dietary restrictions with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean organized and wellstocked kitchen ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
Qualifications
  • Culinary Arts degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in a similar role within a busy hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Fluent in English / French (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
