Key Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie:

• Support the smooth operation of the kitchen department, ensuring all aspects of the guest dining experience are delivered to the highest standards
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to inquiries and resolving problems
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring timely and professional execution
• Achieve departmental plans and objectives, aligning with hotel initiatives and targets
• Collaborate with supervisors to control costs and inventory, and maintain productivity and performance levels
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, documenting due diligence activities for internal and external audits, and performing follow-up as needed

Requirements of the Chef de Partie:

• Experience in a kitchen is beneficial but not essential
