We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the counter, dispatching food, and ensuring seamless takeaway operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the counter, ensuring accurate and efficient food preparation and presentation
Oversee the dispatching of food, ensuring timely and organized delivery to customers
Manage the dispensation of food, maintaining portion control and minimizing waste
Fine-tune takeaway operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
Monitor and adjust food temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
Refine dispatching procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent
Culinary degree or diploma
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
