Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) - Pizza to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for pizza, an understanding of traditional and modern pizza-making techniques, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality pizzas while ensuring consistency and efficiency in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent pizza preparation and presentation.
• Manage the pizza station during service, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in the preparation of pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.
• Monitor inventory and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and ready for use.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in the development and testing of new pizza recipes and menu items.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when necessary.
• Handle pizza orders efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with stock rotation and help maintain inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Pizza Chef, or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, topping combinations, and cooking methods.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality dishes.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
