Specializing in Oriental Sweets to craft authentic and innovative desserts that capture the essence of Lebanese and Middle Eastern flavors!

As our CDP Oriental Sweets, you will:

  1. Prepare and present high-quality Lebanese and Oriental sweets, including baklawa, kunafa, and more.
  2. Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation meet our premium restaurant standards.
  3. Assist in managing kitchen inventory, ordering ingredients, and maintaining cost efficiency.
  4. Work closely with the pastry team to create seasonal and innovative dessert offerings.
  5. Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven experience as a CDP or Pastry Chef specializing in Oriental Sweets in a high-end restaurant or pastry kitchen.
  2. Expertise in traditional Middle Eastern dessert techniques and modern plating styles.
  3. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and passion for pastry and sweets.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  5. Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene is a must.
  6. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is preferred.
