Overview

We are launching an exciting new venue in Ras Al Khaimah, offering a unique dining and lifestyle experience that blends quality food, outstanding service, and a vibrant atmosphere. We are assembling a passionate pre-opening team to deliver excellence from day one.

Role Overview

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in food preparation. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain high culinary standards and contribute to the success of the kitchen team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all food preparation is in line with recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in your section.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste.
  • Train and support junior chefs and commis within your section.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  • Adhere to food safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume, upscale, or lifestyle restaurant (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
