A leading dining destination is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the culinary team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will manage a specific section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards, while supporting daily kitchen operations. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in fine dining, strong cooking skills, and a passion for excellence. Immediate availability is required.

As we expand into Ras Al Khaimah with our new project, we are seeking skilled and passionate Chef de Parties (CDPs) to join our opening culinary team and deliver outstanding cuisine in line with RIKAS standards.
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, preparing dishes to the highest standards, and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations. This role is based in Ras Al Khaimah and requires a talented individual who thrives in a high-paced, luxury dining environment.
Food Preparation & Service
Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently to RIKAS quality standards.
Manage a specific section of the kitchen (hot, cold, pastry, or grill).
Ensure portions, presentation, and recipes are followed accurately.
Assist in creating new menu items and seasonal specials when required.
Operational Duties
Maintain mise en place, ensuring readiness for each service.
Monitor stock levels, reduce waste, and communicate shortages promptly.
Ensure kitchen equipment and work areas are clean, safe, and in proper condition.
Work closely with fellow chefs and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Standards & Compliance
Uphold hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Follow RIKAS Group’s kitchen policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
Maintain grooming and professional behavior in line with company culture.
Support training and guidance of Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs as required.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium or fine-dining restaurant (minimum 2–3 years).
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to manage a section independently while working as part of a team.
Passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Must be available to join immediately in Ras Al Khaimah.
