Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to and follow kitchen standards and procedures.
- Ensure best practices in preparing and presenting Kaiseki dishes, continuously seeking to improve existing techniques to higher-level chefs.
- Oversee and ensure the quality and accuracy of each dish produced.
- Organize, prepare, and maintain mise en place for the shift, ensuring all ingredients and tools are in place for the team.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory, ordering, and ensuring sufficient stock at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Work closely with Sous Chefs and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective communication.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are followed in food preparation and handling.
- Take part in training and mentoring junior team members.
What You Will Bring
