Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Adhere to and follow kitchen standards and procedures.
  2. Ensure best practices in preparing and presenting Kaiseki dishes, continuously seeking to improve existing techniques to higher-level chefs.
  3. Oversee and ensure the quality and accuracy of each dish produced.
  4. Organize, prepare, and maintain mise en place for the shift, ensuring all ingredients and tools are in place for the team.
  5. Assist in managing kitchen inventory, ordering, and ensuring sufficient stock at all times.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  7. Work closely with Sous Chefs and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective communication.
  8. Ensure all health and safety standards are followed in food preparation and handling.
  9. Take part in training and mentoring junior team members.
What You Will Bring
