All-Day Dining / Buffet Restaurant – High-volume international buffet operation with live cooking stations and diverse cuisines.

Staff Cafeteria – Preparing nutritious, high-quality meals while ensuring efficient service for team members in a large-scale operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your designated kitchen section while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Prepare and present dishes in accordance with brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Support daily kitchen operations and maintain efficient mise en place.
• Assist in controlling food costs, minimizing waste, and managing stock.

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in one or more of the following: premium cafés, artisan bakeries, all-day dining restaurants, buffet operations, hotels, or large-scale staff dining facilities.
