Key Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie :

  • Manage all food production in the kitchen / area of responsibility as designated by their direct manager.
  • Oversee inventory count of all food supplies where directed by the Sous Chef.
  • Control and submit orders of all fresh products and dry storage items required by kitchen and related departments to ensure correct quality and par stock where directed by the Sous Chef.
  • Ensure proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices are followed.
