What We’re Looking For:

1. Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interview & kitchen trial
2. Proven Cold Kitchen expertise at Chef de Partie level (no promotions from Demi level at this stage)
3. Strong background in Mediterranean cuisine
4. Experience in fine dining or 5-star luxury hotels/resorts in the UAE
5. A team player with creativity, consistency, and precision
