Job summary

Al Forsan in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Chef de Partie to supervise a specific station and guide junior staff while ensuring high-quality food preparation and service consistency.

You will manage station readiness, prepare dishes per restaurant recipes, and monitor inventory and storage to maintain fresh, high-quality outputs. The role requires 2–4 years’ experience and a culinary certification, with accommodations and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or culinary certification required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• CDP: 2 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned station (e.g., Sauce, Grill, Cold Kitchen) to ensure readiness for service.
• Prepare and cook menu items per restaurant recipes (Wave/Como/Kishi/Banquets).
• Monitor dry store requisitions and transfers to maintain stock rotation in the section.
• Ensure consistency in quality, quantity, flavors and taste at all times.
• Complete daily mise-en-place and food storage checklists to maintain standards.
• Report any equipment failures to the Chef de Cuisine.

Accountability SummarySupervise a specific station within the assigned outlet, ensuring high-quality food preparation, minimizing waste, and guiding junior staff to maintain service consistency.

Responsibilities

• Station Management: Run the assigned station (e.g., Sauce, Grill, Cold Kitchen) within the specific outlet, ensuring readiness for service.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to the specific recipes of the assigned restaurant (Wave/Como/Kishi/Banquets).
• Inventory Control: Monitor dry store requisitions and transfers to maintain stock rotation in the assigned section.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency in quality, quantity, flavors, and taste of dishes at all times.
• Compliance: Complete daily checklists regarding mise-en-place and food storage to maintain standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Report any machinery or equipment failures to the Chef de Cuisine.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma or High School (Culinary Certification).
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in a similar role within the Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry.
• Salary + Benefits Offered: Salary Range: 2,500 AED to 3,000 AED (depending on experience +sharing accommodation + 3 x Meals/day + free uniform + free transportation inside the company + Every 2 years ticket cash (roundtrip to home country) + visa & medical insurance will be provided.
