Main Duties

  • Ensure that all food products are consistent with recipes
  • Maintain all mis-en-place at sufficient levels
  • Ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during service, controlling quality, appearance, and taste
  • Oversee correct handling of raw products, ensuring quantities are prepared according to recipes
  • Strive for consistency in delivering our guest experience
