About The Role

As the Chef de Cuisine, Seafire, you will manage and organize all restaurant kitchen requirements to the highest standards, ensuring proper hygiene, sanitation, stock management, and inter-department coordination. You will be responsible for equipment management, inventory, food cost control, and kitchen P&L. You will enforce service standards by supervising and motivating staff, communicating with guests, and maintaining high food and service quality to ensure guest satisfaction.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Catering or similar, with 8-10 years of experience in a 5-star international hotel or chain, including 2-3 years in a management role such as CDC. Experience in high-end steak restaurants or a predominant steakhouse background is preferred, with a proven track record in similar establishments.
