Job Description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villa's Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible to manage one of the restaurants as an independent profit centre, in line with the outlet s operating concept and brand standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • The Commissary Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including production, and team management.
  • Previous experience as Chef de Cuisine in a hotel or restaurant of good standards
  • An European background/nationality and experience with large commissary kitchen operation.
