Chef de Partie - Catering by Emirates Palace

Position: Cook de Partie - Food catering by Emirates Royal residence (Full-time # 530002).

Building/ Workplace: Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi. Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everyday tasks of assigned section in prep work of food to improve efficiency and quality.
• Assign responsibilities and levels of operational authority within the section.
• Monitor and implement cost control and cost-reduction procedures on a continuous basis.
• Maintain efficient communication with other kitchen/operating departments to provide the best possible service to visitors.
• Maximize use of product, equipment and team for high quality of food.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years work experience in 5-star resorts.
• 1 year work experience in 5-star resort instruction.
