• Assist passengers with luggage and other personal items, exhibiting a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of all passengers, ensuring a trustworthy and secure environment during travel.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs to guarantee optimal vehicle performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating passenger needs and addressing any concerns that may arise during the journey.
• Stay updated on local events, weather conditions, and road closures to provide proactive communication and alternative routes.
