Job description

We are currently partnered with an international bulk shipping company with a fleet of circa 60 vessels on the water that is looking to bolster their growing team in Dubai by recruiting an experienced Chartering Manager.

This is a new hire, and our client is targeting someone with experience in developing business on the cargo side. If the candidate has existing business to bring, that would be a significant advantage. However, the crucial requirement is the ability to develop the cargo book around the existing fleet.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have 5+ years of chartering experience and a background in expanding the cargo book and developing relationships with bulk commodity groups, ideally in the IO or SAF regions. Candidates could already be based in Dubai, but our client is also open to relocating someone interested in entering the Dubai market.
