Certifications: CA designation from ICAI or equivalent (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and software like Tally or QuickBooks.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and VAT compliance.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Based on industry insights, the salary ranges from AED 120,000 to AED 240,000 annually (approximately INR 27–54 lakhs, reflecting global CA salary trends), depending on experience and skills.
