• Manage tax planning and compliance, ensuring all tax obligations are met while optimizing tax efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and standards.
• Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial integrity within the organization.
• Oversee bookkeeping and accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping of transactions.
• Develop budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning and resource allocation within the organization.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and standards to provide informed guidance to clients.
• End-to-end responsibility for accounts, payroll, banking, etc.
• Knowledge of UAE Taxation, IFRS.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI with a solid academic foundation in taxation, accounting, and finance.
• Possesses 3–5 years of relevant experience in areas such as taxation, accounting, auditing, or financial consulting.
• Prior experience in a trading company, especially with inventory management, will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 3–5 members effectively.
• UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in accounting tools like Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
