• Manage tax planning and compliance, advising clients on effective strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.

• Assist in the implementation of accounting software and financial systems, streamlining processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent; other relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,Tally) and advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling the identification of discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, particularly in multinational firms or diverse client bases.
