Micah Solutions FZE is seeking a skilled and motivated Charge Nurse for our Outpatient Orthopedic department to join our esteemed client, a leading specialized Medical Center in Abu Dhabi. As a Charge Nurse, you will oversee the daily operations of the outpatient unit, providing leadership to the nursing staff and ensuring excellent patient care for orthopedic patients. You will play a key role in coordinating patient flow, managing nursing staff, and enhancing the patient experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise nursing staff in the outpatient orthopedic clinic, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality care.
  • Oversee patient assessments, treatment plans, and education regarding orthopedic care and rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Monitor patient progress and outcomes, providing feedback and support to enhance recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in staff training and development, promoting best practices in patient care.
  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation effectively.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
