Job Title: Channel Sales Manager
Years of Experience: 8-15 yrs
Location: Dubai, UAE
Role Summary:
This role will focus on growing sales opportunities in the respective region for Azentio ERP solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work under dynamic conditions and can foster relationships with a diverse customer group.
What will you do
- Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual Product sales targets by collaborating with partners.
- Responsible for building business plans for new business jointly with partners.
- Demonstrates market knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.
- Developing and managing sales cycles from lead to closure.
- Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline in CRM; forecasting accuracy is key.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to partners.
- Recruit and On-Board New Partners. Also work with existing Channel & Resell partners in UAE to grow Indirect business.
- Building and developing market plans for new business development.
- Lead generation and direct outreach to customers for business development.
- Comfortable to set-up meetings and present to CXOs.
- Qualifying sales opportunities to ensure optimal use of Pre-sales & consulting resources time during the sales cycle and demonstrating leadership throughout the cycle.
- Working with marketing and local lead Generation agencies to help develop lead generation campaigns along with target marketing to specific verticals.
- Evaluate partner pipeline authenticity. This can be done if candidate has a good network and knowledge of the local market.
- Identify joint opportunities where Azentio and partner can co-sponsor small but relevant events.
- Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with existing partners. Should always look for opportunities to co-sell ONEERP in industries where partner specializes. These could be new industries that need core ERP modules.
- Drive partner enablement and have their employees access LMS and complete courses. Co-ordinate this with Partner success managers based in India and promote partner's participation on LI.
What skills required
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP Software/Solution Sales with minimum 8 years of regional experience.
- Strong communication skills, over the phone and face to face, and capable of managing professional sales presentations including positioning Azentio ERP products.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in regional language and English.
- Exposure to key industry verticals especially Manufacturing & Distribution Industry.
- Have a consultative sales approach.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.
- Self-Driven and motivated.
- Willingness and ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment and working with a team.
