Description

This position reports to Country Head in Ukraine and CIS region and is responsible for the project management in collaboration in VAD teams of the branded & non branded fixtures programs, advocacy programs, online customer experience enhancement projects and streamlining partners’ marketing communications.The Channel Program Manager (CPM) will work closely with our channel partners and distributors, as well as central teams of Apple, reporting to the Ukraine & CIS Regional Manager. The CPM will be responsible for the Apple and Value Added Distributor (the VAD) merchandising programs (incl. fixture planning, deployment and maintenance, in-store tech readiness), leading NPIs within the sales team, building outstanding online customer experience, managing advocacy programs & building strong communities as well as managing marketing budgets and activities with the retail, monobrand and carrier partners.Travelling to the countries is required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • - 5+ years of Retail/Retail Marketing/Marketing experience
  • - Substantial trade / channel marketing experience (experience in Retail deployment role with in-field execution is a plus)
  • - Financial planning experience, with understanding of budget
  • management, branding, scalability and event production processes
  • - Good collaboration skill inside & outside of the organisation; strong influencing skill in cooperation with various VAD teams
  • - Leading and achieving goals in virtual teams, including management of projects with ambiguity and complex issues
  • - Strong commercial acumen and experience in working with distributors, retailers and reseller
  • - Ability to balance short-term execution needs with long-term strategic goals
  • - Excellent verbal and written, presentation and communication skills
  • - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • - Digital acumen and e-commerce experience is a plus
  • - Familiar with multinational organisations
  • - Fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree (or higher), or equivalent experience.
