Job description

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that channel partners are equipped with the necessary tools and information to effectively promote and sell our products.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve channel sales targets and objectives and work closely with channel partners to develop joint business plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth within the channel and implement and manage channel programs, incentives, and promotions to drive partner engagement and performance.

Regularly assess the effectiveness of channel programs and make recommendations for improvements and track and report on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and pipeline development to ensure continuous growth.

Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and terms with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies and resolve any customer-related issues in partnership with channel partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education minimum at Bachelor level or relevant sales related training / certification.

Proven experience in channel management, sales, or business development in the GCC & Pakistan.

Strong understanding of the local market dynamics, business practices, and cultural nuances.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Fluent in both English and Arabic is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the UCC and Video Conferencing sector.
