Job description

Job Title: Communication Executive • United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a Communication Executive to oversee BDF planning at designated resellers, ensuring alignment with Apple's strategic priorities. The role involves project managing the BD CAP process, contributing to future Ascent budget inputs, and tracking system adjustments.

The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of the Apple brand, partner brands, and local markets to drive innovative partner strategies and creative collaborations for all Apple products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute communication workshops with partners' senior marketing teams and agencies.
  2. Collaborate one-on-one with key partners to design long-term marketing strategies and quarterly tactical plans with local and central teams.
  3. Support quarterly demand generation processes, ensuring effective communication of offers, promotions, and media strategies.
  4. Assist in partner contract negotiations from a channel, communications, marketing, and merchandising perspective.
  5. Manage NPI Channel Communication for designated T2 partners.
  6. Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to understand market opportunities and optimize communication and media content strategies.
  7. Distribute and educate partners on marketing guidance and assets, ensuring compliant usage of Apple assets.
  8. Review and approve partner ATL and BTL activities.
  9. Support the development of standardized methodologies for ROI analysis and activity scaling across regions.
  10. Develop post-mortems, benchmarking, and KPI tracking linked to sales performance and campaign impact.
  11. Share best practices across markets and partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years of experience in channel marketing, with a strong background in campaign delivery.
  • Experience working with or within an agency as part of a brand is advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of the Apple brand and brand guidelines.
  • Previous experience influencing channel partners.
  • Knowledge of media planning, content, and event marketing, with up-to-date digital marketing skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience working with Telco and Retailers is highly preferred.
