Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Account Manager for Video Security & Access Control in Dubai, responsible for managing relationships with channel partners and driving sales initiatives. The role requires prior experience in video security solutions, strong technical skills, and the ability to connect with various stakeholders to enhance business revenue in the targeted territory.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Sales Director, the Channel Account Manager - Video Security& Access Control acts as a primary contact for specific video solutions selling initiatives with Channel Partners in the assigned territory (Morocco&Tunisia) proactively manages their relationships and deploys sales actions and strategies to grow business and meet territory revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with Partners, educate them on our solutions, understand and articulate how our solutions help them sell more and provide more value to their customers, track and report on account activity
Assist Channel Partners in processing orders and returns via our distribution network or direct.
Work with Channel Partners to ensure that their staff have taken the appropriate training to deploy our solutions successfully
Support Motorola Solutions video &access control sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing,
and responding to sales opportunities for products and services to grow the customer base and increase baseline revenue
Finding and adding new channel partners
Develop relationship with key end customer, consultants, project specifiers and government departments
Promote MSI Video and Access Control solutions to end customer, consultants, project specifiers and government departments
Support the territory leaders in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives
for the assigned Channel Partners in the territory
Work to discover new potential partner as resellers and system integrators for Video &Access Control products
Track sales activities using lead and project tracking software databases
Collaborate with colleagues including Channel Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering.

Qualifications:
5+ years of video security solutions sales experience. Experience in transactional business required
5+ years of customer-interfacing experience
Physical security solutions experience is an asset
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in both English and French
Strong technical acumen and ability to speak about our products and solutions
Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
All opportunities, quotations, visit, forecast via Salesforce is mandatory
Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships
A strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is required
Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
Proven funnel development through aggressive prospecting
Exceptional presentation skills required
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high level
Ability to travel weekly to territory (~40% of territory travel)
Having an established client base in the assigned territory is a plus
