Job summary

A leading global organization is seeking an Organisational Change Manager to drive change management strategies to support a major transformation program in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, along with a proven track record in managing organizational change. Successful candidates will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery and adoption of change initiatives, primarily based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale organisational change projects.
• Strong understanding of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter).
• Experience working in multicultural environments is a plus.
