Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai invites a Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives, improve customer experiences, and support the successful adoption of digital solutions in a fast-growing, globally connected environment.

You will develop change management and training plans, conduct change impact and business readiness assessments, and partner with cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, HR and IT to drive adoption and realize benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Program/Project Management
• Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or similar
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Data-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
