Job summary

Datamatics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organizational adoption for a Data Governance program in the UAE. You will drive change readiness, deliver targeted training on governance and data quality, and mentor data stewards across regulated entities.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in change management, with strong knowledge of PROSCI/ADKAR frameworks and proven stakeholder management at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Organizational Change Management.
• Experience in Data Transformation, Data Governance, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar Change Management frameworks.
• Stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Training design and delivery for business users and leadership teams.
• Change readiness assessment, adoption planning, and communication management.
• Experience working in large, regulated, or public-sector organizations.
• Program reporting, adoption metrics tracking, and sustainment planning.
• Strong facilitation and workshop management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive change adoption, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities.
• Deliver training on data governance, data quality, classification, and dashboards.
• Support onboarding of Data Owners and Data Stewards.
• Build data literacy and establish change champions.
• Prepare handover, sustainment, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Track adoption KPIs and report progress to program leadership.

Role Summary

Lead change management, stakeholder adoption, and training initiatives to embed data governance and data quality practices across customer entities. Ensure sustainable adoption through communications, capability building, and operational handover.

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years overall experience with 5+ years in Organizational Change Management
• Experience in Data Transformation, Data Governance, or Digital Transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar Change Management frameworks
• Stakeholder management and executive communication skills
