Job description

The Change Manager, will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new systems, reducing resistance, and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous learning.

This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, training, and proactive communication strategies to build confidence in digital transformation initiatives while addressing concerns that may impact employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a structured change management framework tailored to digital transformation projects.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify risks, user concerns, and business readiness levels.
  • Create a detailed change roadmap to ensure smooth transition and high adoption rates.

Build Confidence in the New System

  • Develop and deliver communication strategies that highlight the benefits of the system.
  • Conduct employee training sessions to demonstrate how the new system simplifies tasks.
  • Address concerns proactively through Q&A sessions, feedback loops, and user engagement forums.

Empower Employees for the Future

  • Promote a culture of adaptability and continuous learning through training programs.
  • Develop resources that enhance employees' ability to embrace future digital innovations.
  • Encourage knowledge-sharing and peer support networks.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Collaborate with senior executives, business unit leaders, and employees to drive alignment on change initiatives.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure transparency, engagement, and understanding.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on change implications and best practices.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement plans tailored to different levels of the organization.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Define KPIs to track change adoption, employee sentiment, and engagement levels.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Use data-driven approaches to continuously optimize change management strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certification in PROSCI Change Management, PMP, Agile, or ITIL is a strong plus.

Professional Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in change management, ERP implementations, or digital transformation.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale enterprise technology transitions.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, employee engagement, and cultural transformation.
