About the Company:

Are you an experienced Organisational Change Manager ready to make a meaningful impact? Our client in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead and support key transformation initiatives across the organisation.

About the Role:

As the Organisational Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving change management strategy and execution to support a major transformation program. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help embed sustainable change through communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and impact assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Engage stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment and adoption
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations
  • Design and deliver training and communication plans
  • Monitor and report on change progress and outcomes

Required Skills/Qualifications::

  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale organisational change projects
  • Strong understanding of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
  • Experience working in multicultural environments is a plus
  • Availability to be based in Abu Dhabi
