Job Title: Change Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)

Salary: AED 29,000 per month (Inclusive of Monthly Living Allowances)

Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Change Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, working full-time on-site with our client. This is an exciting opportunity to lead business transformation initiatives and ensure smooth transitions across people, processes, and systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end change management strategies that support organisational goals and drive user adoption. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to prepare the business for upcoming changes, reduce resistance, and embed new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement structured change management strategies and plans
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
• Create and deliver communication and engagement plans to support adoption
• Support the development of training and user readiness programs
• Monitor change progress, gather feedback, and adjust plans to improve outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and project teams on all change-related matters

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing change for business or technology transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms) is highly desirable
• Must have full right to work in the UAE (visa sponsorship not available for this role)
