About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. As part of a supportive change and transformation unit, you will assist in delivering impactful organisational change initiatives, helping businesses adapt and thrive in fast-evolving environments.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and a desire to grow a career in change management and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of change management strategies across various projects
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and impact assessments
  • Help design and deliver training and support materials
  • Track and report on change progress and readiness activities
  • Collaborate with project managers, HR, and business units to ensure successful adoption of change

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and analytical abilities
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
