Are you an experienced Change Management & Metrics professional seeking a new challenge in UAE, Dubai?

Role: Change Management & Metrics
Location: UAE, Dubai

– Analyzing Reports for performance anomalies/exceptions.
– Generating Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Network performance reports.
– Automating Network performance reports.
– Conducting Data Analysis for Network KPIs, trouble tickets, and SLAs.
– Monitoring Network performance and reporting during critical and VIP events.
– Conducting Impact analysis during network outages.
– Identifying potential capacity issues.
– Utilizing statistics to forecast future growth and identify congestion.
– Investigating and escalating performance issues to the relevant departments.
– Creating Performance Special Reports.
– Offering recommendations for performance enhancement and capacity contingency plans.
– Proficiency in working in a multi-vendor environment.
– Experience in Mobile RAN or Mobile CORE Network performance domains.
– Strong Presentation skills, including creating dashboards and visualizing data for management reports.
– Proficient in data analytics using MS Office, Power BI.
– Experience or skills in Python, SQL, Tableau for data analysis would be advantageous.
