Job Objective

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Regional Company (RC) plays a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity and stability of the Regional Company. This individual ensures all financial operations and controls adhere to Group policies, safeguarding assets and promoting sustainable growth.

Financial control of the Regional external Partners activities

• Ensure compliance of the Regional Company’s financial operations with Group policies.
• Participate in partner qualification processes, including financial due diligence and contract validation.
• Monitor and manage financial processes and operations in line with Thales principles.
• Oversee Group financial commitments, including fixed and variable fees.
• Support audits and liaise with internal and external auditors.

Financial control of legal entities within the RC scope

• Manage bookkeeping, accounts closing, statutory and consolidated accounts, treasury, and tax filings.
• Optimize legal entity structures and support local setup as needed.
• Control financial activities of affiliated companies, including financing and tax matters.
• Ensure budget control, internal control effectiveness, and financial reporting accuracy.
• Manage ERP systems and bank relationships.

Organisation & Team Management

• Member of RC CODIR.
• Report to Finance Director and Regional Company COO.
• Manage a team of 6-7 employees.

Experience & Qualifications

Extensive experience in finance, accounting, controlling, financing, tax, and legal processes. Master’s / Bachelor’s in Finance Management or similar.
