Job description

Partner with the Senior Management on all operational and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations to them based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.

Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management.

Engage the management of development to align financial management with short- and long-term financial planning and projections.

Ensure that finance staff maintains financial record systems in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and monitor the use of all funds.

Qualifications

1. University qualifications: A minimum of a BS. An MBA would be a plus.
2. Other certifications: CPA/CMA
3. Previous experience: At least 10 years of broad finance experience.
4. Specialist knowledge: Experience in gathering and evaluating financial information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
5. Other Skills: Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting; strong analytical skills; an effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills.
