The Program

1. Program Overview: The Certified OD Intervention Specialist (CODIP) program educates and coaches participants on various aspects of Organization Development, focusing on understanding its components and developing an adaptable Organization Development Framework aligned with company objectives.
2. Certification Process: The program includes 4 live training sessions on OD concepts and approaches. Participants then apply these concepts in a practical project, which, upon successful evaluation, awards the internationally recognized Certified OD Intervention Specialist (CODIP) title.
3. Delivered by HR SME Consultants: The program is conducted by experienced HR Consultants from Middle Earth HR, a leading global HR training and knowledge support provider, ranked as the 7th largest HR training firm worldwide.
4. International Accreditation: The CODIP certificate is accredited by Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI), a U.S.-based research organization specializing in HR subjects.
