Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Dubai seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and related products. You will assist customers in product selection, close sales, and pursue monthly targets with a professional approach.

The role demands building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and interior designers, negotiating pricing, preparing invoices, and following projects through to completion.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of sales documentation and invoicing processes.
• Experience in ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and related products to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their requirements, providing professional and courteous service at all times.
• Negotiate pricing, close sales, and prepare invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Follow up on customer requirements and monitor ongoing projects through to completion.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates to management.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, contractors, and interior designers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
