Ceramic Industry Roles

• Ceramic Foreman / Supervisor (Casting) Leads and supervises ceramic casting operations including mold preparation slip pouring and curing processes. Ensures quality control team coordination and adherence to production schedules and safety standards.
• Robot Operator (Ceramic Industry) Operates and monitors robotic systems used in ceramic production (e.g. casting glazing or handling). Performs routine maintenance troubleshooting and ensures consistent operation aligned with production goals.
• Assistant Ceramic Caster Supports casting team in preparing molds mixing slip and assisting in the casting and demolding process. Helps maintain cleanliness organizes materials and ensures proper workflow under supervision.
