• Marketing & Branding Expertise: Experience in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including government authorities, tenants, customers, and community leaders.
