Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive CEO Office Manager/Strategy and Business Performance Analyst to support the CEO and senior leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, informed decision-making, and efficient executive operations. This role is uniquely designed to combine high-level personal assistant responsibilities with business and data analysis functions, playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing critical insights that shape the future of the organization. As the Office Manager, you will act as the right hand to the CEO, ensuring seamless executive support, managing priorities, and enabling data-driven strategies to support the company's mission and goals. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support (Personal Assistant Function): • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to the CEO, ensuring the effective management of schedules, priorities, and communications. • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare detailed briefing materials. • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive-level communications. • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring critical milestones are met. • Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO, leadership team, and various departments. • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Business Analyst Function: • Conduct comprehensive analysis of internal operations, financial data, market trends, and industry dynamics to provide actionable insights to the CEO and senior management. • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic goals. • Perform financial modeling and operational analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing projects and strategic initiatives. • Monitor regulatory changes, economic developments, and technological advancements that may impact the business. • Support strategic planning by providing research-backed recommendations and scenario analyses. • Prepare executive-level reports summarizing market research, competitor analysis, and business performance. • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies across financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational areas. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Business Analyst, or a similar hybrid role supporting senior leadership. • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and business performance evaluation. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. • Prior experience in the utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage. • Fluent in English and Arabic Disclaimer: Please note that Black Pearl will never ask any of its candidates for any payment in exchange for our service in helping candidates find a job.
