Office Manager
Required for a company located in Riyadh, KSA, specialized in providing smart solutions for homes and the business sector. The company is a dynamic startup with a huge passion for making “things” work and is now at a rapid growth stage with tremendous possibilities in the IOT (Internet of Things) space.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We're looking for a professional, energetic, and detail-oriented candidate to help empower and support the CEO by managing all tasks related to him and providing various support through different functions. The goal is to ensure that the CEO's office is organized, productive, operates efficiently, and smoothly. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing office supplies, overseeing other administrative staff, owning budgets, and supporting staff with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings.

Job Requirements:

  1. Fluent in Arabic and English (Writing, Speaking, Listening).
  2. Must have 5+ years of experience in an administrative position.
  3. Must have exceptional attention to detail.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
  5. Must be a self-starter and driven.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  7. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Photoshop.

Package:
4000 - 4500 SAR + medical + yearly vacation (21 days with air tickets)
