Job Description: CEO Office Document Controller (UAE)

Role Overview:
The Document Controller in the CEO Office ensures the secure compliant and efficient management of all corporate records. This role is critical for maintaining UAE regulatory alignment safeguarding sensitive information and enabling swift access to strategic documents for executive decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:
Document Governance & Security

  • Manage the CEO Offices digital and physical document repository with rigorous version control.
  • Classify archive and retrieve critical records (contracts reports legal filings) with precision.
  • Enforce UAE regulatory compliance across all corporate documentation.

Confidentiality & Compliance

  • Safeguard sensitive data through strict access controls and encryption protocols.
  • Audit documents regularly to ensure adherence to UAE legal standards and internal policies.
  • Mitigate risks of breaches or noncompliance through proactive monitoring.

Process Efficiency & Executive Support

  • Streamline filing systems and approval workflows to accelerate document processing.
  • Generate realtime reports on document status renewals and compliance metrics.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO for highpriority document tasks.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with departments external partners and government entities for seamless document exchange.
  • Ensure timely submission of licenses permits and other UAEmandated filings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for documentrelated inquiries.

Key Requirements:


Education: Bachelors in Business Administration Records Management or related field.
Experience: 3 years in document control/executive support UAE experience preferred.
