Job summary

JonDavidson seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the Middle East expansion of its ride-hailing initiative. The role involves launching full operations, building local teams, and aligning regional activities with the Vietnam-headquartered strategy.

You will work with a Back Office Director and PMO to establish operations, form local partnerships, and drive regional growth metrics while reporting to the Group CEO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience.
• Experience in cross-border market development preferred.
• Background in regulated industries or high-growth platforms (logistics e-commerce fintech).
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with UAE and Middle East regulations and labor laws is highly advantageous.

Position: CEO Middle East (Ride Hailing Vietnamese Company Expansion)Location: Dubai UAEReporting to : Group CEO

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the expansion and operations across the Middle East region. The company has already completed its legal setup and this role will be instrumental in launching full business operations building local teams and ensuring strategic alignment with headquarters in Vietnam

You will work alongside a cross-functional team including a Back Office Director and a PMO to establish our operations build local partnerships and execute business strategy.

This position precedes the onboarding of country-level leadership (Country Managers) meaning the CEO will be responsible for laying the groundwork across multiple countries in Middle East

Key Responsibilities
