The Role :

As CEO & Co-Founder, you will be the driving force behind OVI’s growth and strategic execution. You’ll shape the company’s vision, build and lead a world-class team, and bring the product to market in collaboration with our founding partners and an already hired CPO. As the CEO & Co-Founder of the company, you will play a key role in driving our success by :

• Define and drive OVI’s strategic roadmap and market positioning with the team
• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team, across product and sales
• Lead customer acquisition, partnerships, and sales initiatives to scale quickly
• Ensure a data-driven approach to product-market fit by engaging with feedback
• Build relationships with investors, manage financial strategy, and help with fundraising
• Shape a mission-driven, high-performance culture built on execution excellence

About you :

• Proven operator or founder in a SaaS or B2B technology business, ideally in HR tech
• Experience leading product-led growth, customer acquisition, and operations
• Empathy for HR and recruitment teams and an understanding of hiring challenges
• Confident managing cross-functional teams, investors, and scaling operations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, high-accountability leadership approach
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, fluent in English, Arabic is a strong plus
