A leading Tutoring Center in Dubai is seeking a highly organized and motivated Center Coordinator to join our team. As the Center Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our tutoring center and will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the front-end operations of the center including customer service, scheduling, and billing
  2. Coordinate the work of the tutors and support staff
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
  4. Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
  5. Organize and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract new students
  6. Collaborate with other staff to provide an optimal learning environment for students
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  3. Strong organizational and leadership skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
