Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to lead operational cementing crews on well sites in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure adherence to cement plans, safety procedures, and HMS standards while developing your team and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include reviewing job plans with the crew, conducting pre/post-job safety meetings, and driving continuous improvement in service quality to meet customer expectations and project goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and 2 years of experience as a Service Supervisor or Service Specialist.
• Experience supervising cementing crew and ensuring adherence to HSE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees delivering cementing services and ensure compliance with HSE and HMS procedures.
• Review cement job plans with the Technical Professional and crew before mobilizing to location.
• Develop development plans for the operational team and conduct performance assessments and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain good customer relationships on site and address disputes up to approved levels.
• Lead pre/post-job safety meetings and drive service quality improvements using metrics.
